From combining different flavors for afterschool snacks for friends as a kid, to then experimenting at his cafe and catering job after high school, Chef Nick E. wanted to further explore his love for food and expressing that craft to others by pursuing school, and traveling overseas.

Chef Nick E. and the kithcen future is to use the family land located in rural New England, to transform it to a small organic cultivation facility, with a “campo to table” restaurant to provide a safe, educational, and unique experience for visitors. Hopefully soon, social consumption will be legalized publicly and normalize this type of events, gatherings and pop ups at any location. Tune in for future events, cooking shows, cookbooks
